The bride-to-be is the daughter of Lyle and Patricia Burmeister of Roseburg. Her fiance is the son of Thomas and Dianne Snair of Monmouth.
Shannon, a graduate of Roseburg High School and 2008 graduate of Western Oregon University, is a mental health associate for the Linn County Alcohol and Drug Program in Albany.
Timothy, a graduate of Central High School in Independence, is owner and operator of Snair Underground Construction in Monmouth.
An outdoor wedding is set for Friday, Aug. 8, at Tahoe Lakeshore Resort in California.

Orr-McGraw
Sarah Elizabeth Orr of Salem and Kasen Edward McGraw of Salem are planning a September wedding.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Barry and Susan Sturn of Salem and Gerald Orr of Gates. Her fiance is the son of Ellis and Deborah Whitlow of Dallas and the late Kenneth McGraw.

Sarah, a 2003 graduate of McKay High School and 2005 graduate of College of Hair Design Careers, is a hairstylist at Perfect Look in West Salem.
Kasen, a 2001 graduate of Dallas High School, is an aviation operations specialist for the Oregon Army National Guard in Salem.
The wedding is set for Saturday, Sept. 27, at Creekside Golf Club in Salem.

Kathy Freeborn of Rickreall and Troy Hadley of Silverton are planning a January 2009 wedding.

Kathy, a 1999 graduate of Central High School, is a 2003 graduate of Oregon State University with a bachelor's degree in agricultural business management. She earned her master's degree in agriculture from OSU in 2004. She manages and operates the family farm in Rickreall.
Troy, a 1995 graduate of Silverton High School and 1997 graduate of Linn Benton Community College with an associate's degree in animal science, helps operate the family farm in Silverton.
The wedding is set for Saturday, Jan. 24, at the Silverton First Christian Church.
