Ashten Brook Boquist of Monmouth and Cody Allen Rich of Sheridan are planning an August wedding.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Joe and Vicky Johnson of Monmouth and Brian and Peggy Boquist of Dallas. Her fiance is the son of Jerri Rich of Sheridan and the late Darold Rich.
Ashten, a 2005 graduate of Central High School in Independence and 2008 graduate of Chemeketa Community College, is media and moulage lead for Powder River Cartridge Company.
Cody, a 2004 graduate of Perrydale High School and 2006 graduate of Chemeketa Community College's Fire Suppression Program, is battlefield effects technician specialist for Powder River Cartridge Company.
An outdoor wedding is set for Saturday, Aug. 9, at Zenith Winery in West Salem.
